The present Application is filed by the Respondent - Caste Scrutiny Committee for extension of six months' time to decide the claim of the Petitioner.

(2) For the reasons stated in Paragraph No. 3 of the Application, the Application is allowed. Further six months' time is extended to conclude the enquiry and decide the claim of the Petitioner. However, it is made clear that the Caste Scrutiny Committee shall make all endeavours to conclude the enquiry and decide the claim of the Petitioner within the extended period.
