Upon the intervenor's complaint, the petitioner's caste certificate was referred to the Scrutiny Committee for verification. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to adding the intervenor as a respondent to this petition. 4.

In view of this, the application is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to add the intervenor as Respondent No. 3 to the petition and supply the amended copy of the petition to the respondents within one week thereafter. 6.
