Upon her complaint, the caste of the petitioner was referred to the Scrutiny Committee for verification. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to adding her as a party, as respondent No. 3.

In view of this, the application is allowed as prayed. 5.

The petitioner is directed to add the intervenor as Respondent No. 3 to the petition and supply the amended copy of the petition to the respondents within one week thereafter. 6.
