CAW No. 127/2025 in Writ Petition No. 1186/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 31.01.2025 The given application is filed for seeking permission to delete Respondent No. 29, Bhagyawanti Hansaraj Rahangdale.

It is stated in the application that the Respondent No. 29 is already retired and whatever decision which will be taken by this Hon'ble Court, the say will not be affected to the aforesaid Respondent. Thus, the applicant wants to delete the name of Respondent No. 29. Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit the same is allowed. Applicant is permitted to delete the name of Respondent No. 29 Bhagyawanti Hansaraj Rahangdale from the array of respondents at the risk of the applicant. Necessary amendments be carried out.
