NO. 6959/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 31/01/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 1 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that notice issued to the respondent received back unserved. Further, the address of R.No. 1 which is in cause title is the last known address of respondent. So, petitioner prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the petitioner is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid R.No. 1 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper at Nagpur in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
