At the oral request, the order dated 14.01.2025 needs to be corrected. Inadvertently mention of respondent no.33 is remained to be there.

As such, in the 2nd line as well as in 5th line of the order below the Civil Application No.476/2024, add the words "respondent no.3 and no.33". The correction be carried out and corrected order be uploaded.

One week time is extended to carry out the amendment granted as per the order dated 14.01.2025 passed below the Civil application No.476/2024.

The present application is filed by the legal heirs of respondent No.28 for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.28 on record.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader has no objection to allow the application.

The permission is granted to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent No.28.

Amendment be carried out by the State Government - petitioner within a period of one week. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
