ATE : MARCH 03, 2025 1) The petitioner moved this application to permit him to amend the petition; as during the pendency of the petition, on 22/11/2024, the appeal was allowed. Therefore, the petitioner wants to bring those facts on record. For which the learned Assistant Government Pleader and learned counsel for the respondents have formerly objected, however, we do not find substance in their objections, as changes which the petitioner wants to bring on record are subsequent facts. 2) In view of the above, the application is allowed as prayed. The petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment within one week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within one week thereafter.

3) The respondents are at liberty to file a reply to the amended petition, if any.

4) List the matter after three weeks.
