NO. 6767/2023 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 31/01/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 8(a), 10 and 11 by way of paper publication. As per bailiff's report, respondents were not residing on the given address. It is stated in the application that the petitioner has searched the addresses of the aforesaid respondents, but no new address is traceable. So, petitioner prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the petitioner is allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid R.Nos. 8(a), 10 and 11 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Daily Deshonnatti'

in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
