As per bailiff's report, notice received back unserved for want of correct address. It is stated in the application that the address given in the petition was the last known address. So, appellant prays for substituted service.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.
Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
