Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 has no serious objection.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the applications, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Order of abatement is set aside. The applicant is permitted to bring herself on record as petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today and amended copy be served on other side. The applications are disposed of.
