20. It is stated in the application that respondent nos. 19 and 20 are reported to be dead. It is stated that the petitioner is not aware about the legal heirs of the aforesaid respondents and thus the petitioner prays for deletion of the aforesaid respondents. The application is supported by affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the petitioner/ applicant is permitted to delete names of respondent nos. 19 and 20 from the array of respondents, at the risk of petitioners. Necessary amendments be carried out in the matter.
