NO. 65/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 31/01/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 7(iv), 8(i to iii), 12, 18 and 20 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the petitioner does not know any whereabouts of the aforesaid respondents and the addresses given in the plaint are the old ones which were known to the petitioner. Hence, petitioner prays for substituted service.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid R.Nos. 7(iv), 8(i to iii), 12, 18 and 20 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Lokmar (Marathi)" at Wardha in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

Pursis St. No. 02/2025 Seen Pursis St. No. 02/2025. In this, petitioner submits that the LRs of R.No. 3 are already on record. So, the objection does not survive. Hence, pursis allowed.
