These applications have been moved by the legal representatives of the original petitioner for condonation of the delay caused in filing the applications for setting aside the abetment order and for setting aside the abetment order, if any passed, as well as bringing the legal representatives on record. 2.

It is contended that on 03.08.2024, the original petitioner died. Therefore, his legal representative, i.e. applicant No.1(b), has moved these applications.

None appears for the applicant.

Learned A.G.P. for the respondent No.1. He has no objection to allowing these applications.

Considering the reasons given in these applications and no objection of the A.G.P., we allow these applications. Hence, the delay caused in filing the applications for setting aside the abetment order, and the abatement order, if any, is hereby
