No. 202/2025 in Writ Petition No.7649/2022 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 08.04.2026 The civil application is filed by petitioners under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent Nos.6,7 & 8 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved with bailiff report that noticees is not residing on given address. It is further contended that petitioners have addresses which are in cause title. Thus, the petitioners want to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Lokmat (Marathi) in Wardha and Nagpur edition for respondent No. 6 & 8 respectively" and in local daily newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) in Chattisgarh edition" for respondent No. 7 in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
