NO. 1152/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 31/01/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.Nos. 15 and 22 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that inspite of their best efforts, they failed to serve the aforesaid respondents through the process of Court.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid R.No. 15 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Lokmar Samachar" and R.No. 22 in "Navrashtra" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

W.P. No. 1152/2024 Re-issue same notice to R.No. 21, returnable by six weeks.
