NO. 254/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 6257/2023 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 31/01/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 read with Section 151 of C.P.C., 1908 for allowing service by way of affixing a copy of writ petition in some conspicuous place of the house of the R.No. 5. As per office note, notice issued twice to the R.No. 5 received back unserved with remark that notice was not present at the time of service. As per application, the R.No. 5 intentionally avoiding the service of notice with intention to protract the writ petition. Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in application and the bailiff's report, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by affixing copy of notice on some conspicuous part of the house where the respondent lastly known to have resided.
