(2) It is submitted that after filing of the Writ Petition, the SubDivisional Officer, Kelapur has passed the order dated 15/01/2025 in Revision Case No. 49/MNL-37/2024-25 whereby penalty of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been imposed upon the Petitioner. (3) As such, the Petitioner seeks permission to amend the Writ Petition, so also the prayer clause.
