As per the application, the aforesaid respondents are deliberately avoiding the service of notice.

So, the petitioner prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in respect of their locality as per Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

W.P. No. 5337/2024 Two weeks time is granted to file civil application for correct address of R.No. 1 and to supply copy and RPAd envelop for issuance of notice in respect of R.No. 10.
