The present Application is filed by the Petitioner for grant of permission to amend the Writ Petition. By way of this amendment, the Petitioner wants to place on record the subsequent events which occurred after filing of the Petition i.e. the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Bhandara has passed the order dated 09/01/2025 in R.C. No. 13/MNL-37/2024-25, Mouza Atri, Tq. Paoni, District Bhandara. (2) There is no serious objection on behalf of the Respondents for such amendment.
