As per the application, notices issued to aforesaid respondents received back unserved as they have shifted to the other city. Hence, the petitioner prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the R.Nos. 3 and 7 returnable within four weeks.
