The applicants in both applications have filed these applications to seek amendment in the respective writ petitions on the grounds that the petitioner failed to challenge the Govt resolutions in the petitions and hence, moved these applications to challenge the same.

In response, learned Advocate Mr. N.S.Khubalkar for Nagpur University has vehemently opposed the applications as the petitioners' grievances have already been redressed, and, therefore, the petitions have become infructuous. 3.
Considering the reasons stated in the applications and the fact that the petitions have yet to be admitted, it would be proper to permit the petitioners to amend the petitions, as
31-wp472.22 and 616.22.odt 2/2 prayed, by keeping all points open to raise the grievances. As such, the applications are allowed as prayed. 5.
The petitioners are directed to amend their respective petitions within one week and supply a copy of the amended petitions to the other side within one week thereafter. 6.
The applications are disposed of.
