As per application, in writ petition, the address of aforesaid respondents are wrongly mentioned. Hence, the petitioner prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.

In the meantime, counsel to take necessary steps for deceased Respondent Nos. 7 and 10.
