DATE : 16 th FEBRUARY, 2026.
Civil Application [CAW] No.90/2024:
The learned Counsel for the petitioner is not pressing for orders on this application. The application is, accordingly, disposed of. Civil Application [CAW] No.2743/2025:
For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The applicant shall take steps to get her name on record as petitioner.
02.
Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith. The respondents shall take note of the said amendment. Civil Application [CAW] No.347/2026:
This is an application for early hearing. The same is allowed. Writ Petition No.8253/2018:
Heard.
02.
The prayer is to direct respondent No.2-Collector and respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Narkhed to cancel allotment of plot Nos.458 and
5.wp.8253.18 2/2 459, which were allotted to respondent No.6 under the rehabilitation scheme.
03.
The reason, why such prayer is made, is that respondent No.6 has sold the plots to respondent No.5, which is contrary to the conditions of allotment order/letter.
04.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the plots under question were allotted under the rehabilitation scheme, the same were non-transferable. The petitioner made request to the respondents to cancel the same on the ground that respondent No.6 has breached the conditions of allotment. The grievance is, respondent Nos.2 and 4 had not taken action despite repeated requests.
05.
The learned A.G.P. shall take instructions and make submissions. 06.
