Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent. 2.

By these civil applications, the petitioner seeks condonation of delay in filing application for bringing legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record and for permission to bring legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application which remained uncontroverted, the delay of 1553 days caused in filing application for bringing legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record is condoned. Since the right to proceed survives against the applicants/legal heirs of deceased petitioner, permission to bring their names on record is granted.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
