DATED : 10th MARCH, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO. 2508 OF 2024 The Petitioners/Applicants moved this application for an early hearing since the matter pertains to the land acquisition proceedings. As the other old matters are pending, we are not inclined to grant the petitioners' request. Hence, the application is rejected.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO. 357 OF 2025 The Petitioners/Applicants moved this application to permit them to amend the Petition on the ground that

2 7.CAW.2508-2024.odt inadvertently, some facts could not be brought on record. Therefore, they want to bring those facts on record for adjudication of the matter, for which the learned Counsel for the Respondents formally objected. However, considering the reasons stated in the application, we deem it appropriate to permit the Petitioners to amend the Petition as it would not change the nature of the pleading, and no prejudice will be caused to the Respondents. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed and disposed of.

The Petitioners/Applicants are directed to carry out the amendment within a week from today.

The amended copy of the Petition be supplied to the other side within a week thereafter.
