8.2 by way of paper publication. As per application, at the time of service of notice, father of Respondent No. 8.2 stated that R.No. 8.2 is missing. Further petitioner states that there is reason to believe that Respondent No. 8.2 is avoiding service.

Thus, the petitioner want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
