The Petitioners have moved this application to correct the Title Clause relating to respondent No.4 by replacing the word "President" with the word "Secretary" as the post of President does not exist.

Learned AGP has not objected. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed.

The Petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment forthwith and supply a copy of the amended petition to the other side within a period of one week thereafter.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.

Upon carrying out the corrections, issue a fresh notice to respondent No.4.
