As stated in the application, the said address of the respondent is one which is available on the official website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Further it is stated that the address provided of the respondent by the petitioner is the only known registered address of the respondent company. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in Raipur and Nagpur in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
