Since it is not disputed by the State that the subject matter of the Petition was survey No.31/9(old), new Gut No. 152, the mention of "Gut No.25/2(old), presently Survey No.109 of Mouza Wanadongri" as contained in para 5 of the judgment dated 20.09.2024, shall stand deleted and replace by "Gut No. 31/9(old) Survey No.152(new) of Mouza Wanadongri" in para 5 thereof.
