DATE : 21ST FEBRUARY, 2025 The applicant, i.e. the Caste Scrutiny Committee, has moved this application for an extension of two months' time to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, as on 31/01/2025, the Committee received the vigilance report, and therefore, it needs two months' more time to call the explanation of the petitioner and decide his caste claim. Considering the reasons stated in the application, by way of last chance, two months time is granted to decide the caste claim of the petitioner.

It is made clear that no further time will be granted. If the Committee fails to decide the caste claim of the petitioner, costs will be imposed on the Committee. 3.
