As per the bailiff's report, noticee is reported to be dead. As stated in the petition, the authorized signatory Shri Yogiraj (Muniwar) Ramchandra Balaji Shripad has died. Hence, the petitioner prays for permission to issue fresh notice to R.No. 7 trust through its president.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue fresh notice to the aforesaid respondent returnable within four weeks.
