Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in application the applicant is allowed to serve R.No. 5 by affixing copy of notice on some conspicuous place in the school premises of the R.No. 5. In the case of R.No. 6, necessary amendment be carried out in the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to R.No. 6, returnable by four weeks.
