C.A.W No. 456/2025 in Writ Petition No. 2866/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :07/03/2025 The applicant has filed the present application seeking permission to issue notice upon R.No. 6 by R.P.Ad and paper publication. As per bailiff's report, notice issued to R.No. 6 received back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, the applicants want to serve the aforesaid respondent by way of R.P.Ad and paper publication.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicants are allowed to serve the R.No. 6 by R.P.A/d and through paper publication by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar Rajasthan Patrika' in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within four weeks from the date of publication of notice.

The applicants to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
