It is stated in the application that noticee was not served on given address as she was not residing on the given address. Hence, the applicant prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent returnable within four weeks.

In the meantime, counsel to take steps against deceased R.No. 1(B).
