The petitioners moved this application to permit them to delete the name of respondent No.4, as respondent No.4 is not a necessary party to the petition. In response, the learned AGP for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have no objection to the same. 2.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, as prayed for.

The petitioners are directed to delete the name of respondent No.4 forthwith.
