NO. 560/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 5706/2024 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 04/04/2025 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal heirs of the petitioner No. 1-a viz. Shri Jitendra S/o. Champalal Parate on record. It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the present matter, the petitioner expired on 23.12.2024 leaving behind his heirs. Death Certificate is annexed with application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the petitioner expired on 23.12.2024 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 05.03.2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased petitioner on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition.
