It is stated in the application that the aforesaid respondents could not be served either through regular mode or through RPAd for want of correct address. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Navbharat', in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
