As per application, R.Nos. 7, 17, 24 and 29 are dead and the shops are running by other person. As regards R.No. 13 the proprietor is Sunil Talewar and not Akash Parse. The substituted persons are occupying the shops in regard to the aforesaid respondents. Hence, the petitioner prays for substituting the name of aforesaid respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
