It is contended that due to typographical error, the date and some words were incorrectly mentioned in para 2 (page No.1) of the order dated 03-03-2025. Therefore, he has urged the correction of the same.

Perused the order dated 03-03-2025 and record. 4.

We found that, in the order dated 03.03.2025, in the second line of para 2, the date '18.12.2017' is mentioned' instead of '18.12.2024' and also the words 'petitioner' and the 'respondent no.2' are mentioned in line no. 3 and 4 from the

2 9.CAW.575-2025.odt bottom on page No.1, instead of 'petition' and 'respondent No.1.' As such, we find substance in the applicant's contention. Hence, the application is allowed as prayed. 5.

Accordingly, corrections be carried out and corrected order be uploaded.
