The applicant - original respondent No.1 moved an application for a grant of extension of time to decide the claim of the non-applicant/original petitioner for grant of employment in terms of 'R and R' policy 2012 on the ground that he has to follow the procedure as stated in Para No.3 of the application. As against it, learned counsel for the non-applicant objected to the grant of an extension of twelve weeks to decide the claim of the original petitioner. However, considering the reasons stated in Para No. 3 of the application, we deem it appropriate to grant a further six weeks to decide the original petitioner's claim from today. Accordingly, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

i] The time to comply with the order dated 11.02.2025 is further extended by six weeks to decide the claim of the original petitioner.

ii] It is made clear that no further time will be granted. If the applicant fails to decide on the same within an extended time, the necessary order will be passed.

iii] The application is disposed of.
