C.A.W. NO. 628/2025 IN W.P. NO. 2566/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 16/06/2025 By this application, the counsel for the petitioner prays for dispensing with/condoning the office objections. It is stated in the petition that the pages which are under objection are revenue 7/12 extract, statements, applications and also hand written documents.

Further, it is stated that the documents have been procured from the office of such Revenue Authorities and this is quite difficult as well as expensive for removing such office objection by way of retyping/preparing revenue may through the private mode. Hence, the petitioner prays for dispensing with/condoning the office objection.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed. The office objection is dispensed with subject to filing of legible pages as and when required by the Hon'ble Court.
