C.A.W. NO. 652/2025 IN W.P. NO. 6866/2023 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 11/06/2025 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete the name of R.No. 25. It is stated in the application that notice issued to R.No. 25 could not served due to insufficient address. The petitioner somehow and diligently find the new address of R.No. 25, but on that address also notice could not be served.
It is further stated that the petitioner has taken all efforts and with due diligence to search correct address of R.No. 25, but failed to obtain the new and correct address. The present petitioner is pending only for the service of R.No. 25.
Thus, the petitioner does not want to proceed the matter against the R.No. 25 and prays to delete the name of R.No. 25.
Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed.
The petitioner is permitted to delete the name of aforesaid R.No. 25 at his own risk.
