ATE : APRIL 25, 2025 1) The applicant/petitioner moved this application to permit him to amend the petition on the ground that during the pendency of the petition, respondent No.2 issued a Circular on 08/10/2024. Therefore, the petitioner wants to bring said facts on record.

2) Mr. Mehadia, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, and Ms. Khan, learned Assistant Government Pleader, have no objection to the same.

3) Considering the reasons stated in the application and no objection from the other side. The application is allowed as prayed. The amendment be carried out within one week, and a copy of the amended petition be supplied to the respondents within one week thereafter.

4) List the matter after vacation.
