The present Application is filed for speaking to minutes seeking correction in the judgment dated 13/03/2025 passed in Writ Petition Nos. 5891/2024 and 4848/2024. It appears that inadvertently, in the third line of Paragraph No. 26, after the word 'practice', there is mention of the word 'can' instead of the word 'cannot', so also in fourth line of Paragraph No. 26, after the word 'finding', there is mention of the word 'in' instead of the word 'is'.
(2) As such, the Application is allowed. Necessary corrections be carried out in the third and fourth lines of Paragraph No. 26 of the judgment dated 13/03/2025 and corrected judgment be uploaded. (3) The Application stands disposed of.
