As stated in the application, earlier, the address of the Respondent No. 4 was given as per the plaint. However, the petitioner came to know about the present address. Hence, the applicant prays for supplying correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent.
