The petitioner, in person, submitted that he has already carried out the amendment to the petition. However, the amended copies of the petition were not supplied within time. Therefore, he has moved this application.

For the reasons stated in the application and with no objection from the learned Advocate for the respondents, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (1) and (2) only and disposed of accordingly. 4.

As per the farad sheet dated 01.04.2025, it is revealed that the petitioner had not carried out the amendment. In such an event, the petitioner is permitted to carry out the same within one week.
