As per application, the notice could not be served upon aforesaid respondents due to unavailability/non-residence of the respondents. Hence, the applicant prays for supplying alternate address of aforesaid respondents.

Since the application is formal in nature, the same is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of the matter.

Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondents returnable within four weeks.
