It is stated in the application that the contract given to the R.No. 5 by the R.No. 4 employer is no more in existence and that the R.No. 5 has left. Thus, the petitioner wants to delete the name of respondent no. 5 from the array of the respondents.

The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.5 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the petitioner. Necessary amendment be carried out.
