It is submitted that respondent No.1 is a formal party and considering the prayer clause, reply of respondent No.1 is not necessary. 2.

In that view of the matter, we are of the opinion that the application is to be allowed and accordingly the application is allowed. 3.

The order dated 18/03/2025 in Writ Petition No.3315/2020 is recalled to the extent costs of Rs.10,000/- imposed on respondent No.1-Union of India.
