NO. 779/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 5208/2019 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 07/05/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 6 by way of paper publication. As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address.

Further it is stated that notice issued to R.No. 6 on the address available by usual mode could not be served and the other address is not available with the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
